Shipping Policy


At LOLA DENIM, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

  • Order Processing
    Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
  • Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
    Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
  • Shipping Charges
    We offer free shipping across Canada and the USA.
  • Incorrect Shipping Information
    Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. LOLA DENIM is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages
    Once an order has been delivered to the address provided and marked as delivered by the carrier, LOLA DENIM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly or file a claim if necessary.
  • Damaged or Missing Items
    If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us at info@loladenim.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged package or merchandise so that we may assist you promptly.
  • International Shipping
    International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.
  • Order Changes and Cancellations
    Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it immediately. As a result, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated after an order has been submitted.

Return Policy


We want to make sure you're as happy with your Lola Denim purchase as we are. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund.


To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging included.

Once your return request is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you. Please securely repackage your item(s), include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation, and drop off the package at any USPS mailbox or post office.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A $5 return processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Items marked as Final Sale, gift cards, and merchandise that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@loladenim.com, and we will make it right at no additional cost.

LOLA DENIM reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
